We focus on excellence and are committed to support and develop our teams Key Responsibilities Create, code, review, and post billing for Managed Clients, including assisting with final revisions before issuance. Review Concur Expense reports and Concur‑generated invoices for accuracy and compliance. Prepare and upload monthly journal entries related to billing activities. Respond to inquiries from both external and internal clients in a professional and timely manner. Provide support to customers with disputes or questions regarding invoices or the billing process. Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues efficiently. Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Qualifications and Required Skills Post‑secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience). 0–2 years of billing, accounting, or related administrative experience. Familiarity with Concur Expense and billing systems is an asset. Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
