Base pay range: CA$55,000.00/yr - CA$70,000.00/yrJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In Office 5 days in VSL, Montreal, Quebec, CanadaSenior Marketing CoordinatorOur client, a family‑run furniture manufacturer with multiple divisions, is looking for a creative, proactive Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing initiatives across all our brands in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Why Work With Them?Fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with plenty of opportunities to make meaningful contributionsInternational team with diverse perspectivesOpportunity to work across multiple brands and marketing channelsFriendly, collaborative culture with room for personal and professional growthWhat You’ll DoAs Senior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of marketing initiatives for all brands and support the sales team with materials and campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage marketing strategies across multiple brandsPlan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns (digital, print, events, PR)Collaborate with product development to define marketing materials and programsManage social media presence and lead generation campaigns, tracking effectivenessMaintain internal and external communications to ensure alignment with marketing goalsDesign & Content CreationCreate marketing materials, presentations, and collateral (Canva experience preferred)Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaignsContent creation for social media, website, and promotional campaignsProvide the sales team with tools, materials, and presentations to help achieve targetsCollaborate closely with internal teams to support campaigns and product launchesWho You Are5+ years in marketing with hands‑on campaign experienceBasic understanding of AI tools and applications with ideas on how to integrate them into daily tasksProactive, self‑motivated, and able to handle multiple projects independentlyStrong organizational skills and detail‑orientedExcellent communicator in English (French is a plus)Creative mindset with experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation #J-18808-Ljbffr
