What You'll Do

As Senior Marketing Coordinator, you'll take ownership of marketing initiatives for all brands and support the sales team with materials and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies across multiple brands
  • Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns (digital, print, events, PR)
  • Collaborate with product development to define marketing materials and programs
  • Manage social media presence and lead generation campaigns, tracking effectiveness
  • Maintain internal and external communications to ensure alignment with marketing goals

Design & Content Creation

  • Create marketing materials, presentations, and collateral (Canva experience preferred)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns
  • Content creation for social media, website, and promotional campaigns

Sales Support

  • Provide the sales team with tools, materials, and presentations to help achieve targets
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support campaigns and product launches

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in marketing with hands-on campaign experience
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and applications with ideas on how to integrate them into daily tasks.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple projects independently
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communicator in English (French is a plus)
  • Creative mindset with experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation

Ce que vous ferez

En tant que coordinateur marketing senior, vous serez responsable des initiatives marketing pour toutes les marques et soutiendrez l'équipe commerciale avec du matériel et des campagnes.

Responsabilités principales :

Stratégie marketing et campagnes

  • Développer, mettre en œuvre et gérer des stratégies marketing pour plusieurs marques
  • Planifier, exécuter et surveiller les campagnes promotionnelles (numériques, imprimées, événements, relations publiques)
  • Collaborer avec le développement produit pour définir les supports et programmes marketing
  • Gérer la présence sur les réseaux sociaux et les campagnes de génération de leads, en suivant leur efficacité
  • Assurer la communication interne et externe afin de garantir l'alignement avec les objectifs marketing

Conception et création de contenu

  • Créer des supports marketing, des présentations et des documents (expérience avec Canva appréciée)
  • Garantir la cohérence de la marque sur toutes les plateformes et campagnes
  • Créer du contenu pour les réseaux sociaux, le site web et les campagnes promotionnelles

Assistance commerciale

  • Fournir à l'équipe commerciale les outils, les supports et les présentations nécessaires pour atteindre ses objectifs
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour soutenir les campagnes et les lancements de produits

Profil recherché

  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en marketing avec une expérience pratique des campagnes
  • Compréhension de base des outils et applications d'IA avec des idées sur la manière de les intégrer dans les tâches quotidiennes.
  • Proactif, motivé et capable de gérer plusieurs projets de manière indépendante
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail
  • Excellent communicateur en anglais (le français est un plus)
  • Esprit créatif avec une expérience dans le marketing numérique, les réseaux sociaux et la création de contenu
