We are hiring a Learning Operations & AI Analyst to join our Customer Education team at Clio, the global leader in legal AI technology. Overview In this role you will drive measurable impact through data, business systems, and AI to scale Clio’s Customer Education operation. Candidates will be working from the Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto hub. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations and long-term optimizations of Customer Education business systems—including LMS, CMS, webinar platforms, certification solutions, and project management tools. Lead initiatives to centralize training data in Clio’s systems of record to measure impact on churn, support ticket deflection, and revenue growth. Expand AI adoption across Customer Education activities (proactive recommendations, content creation, localization, video production, data analysis) to accelerate throughput. Lead intake and triage activities using data analysis to align priorities, manage backlog, and drive evidence-based improvements. Optimize AI-enabled internal enablement portals that help customer-facing teams find and recommend resources. Coordinate with product and post-sales teams to ensure education strategies support new product launches. Qualifications 2–4 years of learning operations, data analysis, or a related field in a fast-paced environment. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros) and a foundational understanding of Python or a similar language. Experience building reports and translating insights into actionable recommendations using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Degree in Data Science, Library Science, Info Systems, Analytics, Conversational Design, or a STEM-related field. Hands‑on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, Markdown, JSON, R, SQL, or workflow automation. Experience managing complex intake processes and streamlining cross-functional workflows. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Bonus Experience Customer Education, Learning & Development, or Customer Success roles. Administration and optimization of Learning Management Systems. Certification and credentialing program administration. Experience with Asana or similar project-management platforms.
