This role is about selling the opportunity, negotiating, and closing investors – not strategy, advisory, ecosystem, community building, or grant‑writing.Company DescriptionWe seek someone who personally raised capital for startups or private/public companies, closed angel, HNW, family office, and VC investments, and treats fundraising as sales. Candidates must be outcome‑driven, measured by money raised, not meetings booked. If you have not closed investment rounds yourself, this role is not a fit.What you will actually doActively source, pitch, negotiate, and close investorsWork directly with angels, HNW individuals, family offices, and fundsLead investor conversations from first call to signed commitmentManage follow‑ups, objections, and deal momentumCoordinate pitch materials (deck, data room) with the founderBuild and manage a live investor pipeline focused on conversionWhat we expect (non‑negotiable)Ability to clearly explain what you raised, for whom, and your role in closingComfort working independently and remotelyClear understanding that this is a closing role, not advisoryWhat we do NOT needEcosystem or community buildersAcademic, policy, or non‑profit focused profilesPure strategists without closing experiencePeople who support fundraising but do not closeCompensationPerformance‑based (success fee / % of capital raised) with a long‑term collaboration possible for the right person.How to applyWhen applying, please include: what you have raised, for what type of companies, and typical investor types you worked with (angels, HNW, VC, etc.).
