We're Hiring: Territory Sales Representative - Your Mission: Empower Customer Success

Your Role: In this vital position, you're not merely a sales reprsentative; you're a key partner in our overarching goal to ensure customer success. Spending 90% of your time in the field, your mission is to deepen relationships with our existing partners and forge new ones, introducing them to the vast array of programs and services Orgill offers. Your efforts will directly impact our customers' success, bringing them the solutions they need to grow and thrive in a competitive marketplace.

The Territory: Northern Ontario and Northern Quebec - Thunder Bay, ON to Val-D'or, QC.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Champion customer success by introducing Orgill's comprehensive range of programs beyond Smart Start, including inventory management, retail pricing strategies, store layout and design services, and cutting-edge e-commerce solutions. Your goal is to tailor these offerings to meet the unique needs and challenges of each customer.
  • Build customer loyalty by identifying and seizing opportunities to enhance their success, using Orgill's extensive program offerings to meet their evolving needs.
  • Expand our customer base with compelling, customized sales proposals that highlight how Orgill's programs can propel their business forward.
  • Be a visible and proactive presence at Orgill Dealer Markets, optimizing every interaction to reinforce our commitment to customer success.
  • Maintain up-to-the-minute industry and product knowledge, positioning yourself as a go-to advisor dedicated to our customers' growth and success.
  • Devise and implement targeted action plans, focusing on significant sales activities and strategic visits that prioritize customer needs and success.

Who We're Looking For:

Vous passez 90 % de votre temps en déplacement pour vous acquitter de votre mission, soit de tisser des relations plus serrées avec nos clients et d'en forger de nouvelles, en leur présentant la vaste gamme de programmes et de services offerts par Orgill. Comment allez-vous contribuer:

  • Favoriser la réussite des clients en introduisant la gamme complète des programmes Orgill, en plus de Smart Start, incluant la gestion des stocks, les stratégies de prix de détail, les services d'aménagement et de conception de magasins et les solutions de commerce électronique de pointe. Votre objectif est d'adapter ces programmes pour répondre aux besoins et défis uniques de chaque client.
  • Fidéliser la clientèle en identifiant et en saisissant les occasions de contribuer à leur réussite, en utilisant la vaste gamme de programmes Orgill pour répondre à leurs besoins changeants.
  • Augmenter le nombre de clients avec des promotions convaincantes et personnalisées qui mettent en évidence la façon dont les programmes Orgill peuvent propulser leur entreprise vers l’avenir.
  • Assurer une présence active dans les Marchés des détaillants Orgill, en optimisant chaque interaction pour renforcer notre engagement envers la réussite des clients.
  • Maintenir vos connaissances à jour sur l'industrie et les produits, en vous positionnant comme un conseiller incontournable dédié à la croissance et au succès de nos clients.
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des plans d'action ciblés, en se concentrant sur des activités de vente marquantes et des visites stratégiques qui priorisent les besoins et le succès des clients.

Profil recherché :
