Our client is an established skincare company seeking a highly driven Territory Manager to cultivate strategic partnerships, support account growth, and execute territory development initiatives. The role requires a polished communicator with strong business acumen, capable of delivering consistent sales performance while representing the company’s premium skincare portfolio.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, strengthen, and execute partnership agreements with prospective and existing accountsOversee comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure new accounts successfully achieve established onboarding objectivesCommunicate the company’s value proposition with clarity, confidence, and strategic impactCreate and implement quarterly business plans for each account, identifying opportunities to expand revenue and market presenceMonitor and interpret market trends, competitive activity, and product or pricing shifts, communicating relevant insights to sales leadership and cross-functional teamsMaintain an advanced level of product expertise and scientific understanding across the skincare portfolioDeliver educational product presentations and micro‑training sessions as neededManage all territory data and ensure strict adherence to reporting, documentation, and regulatory standardsUtilize CRM tools, including daily updates in Zendesk Sell, to track field activity and account interactionsDrive account progression by coordinating patient events, customer engagement initiatives, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) programsProvide accurate, timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reportsOrganize and prioritize field activities to ensure thorough and consistent coverage across the territoryMeet and exceed sales targets and new account acquisition objectivesAlign all sales activities with established territory growth strategiesExecute promotional campaigns and support marketing initiatives within assigned accountsQualificationsMinimum of three years of experience in aesthetic salesDemonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships while consistently achieving sales objectivesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategiesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProficiency with CRM systems; experience with Zendesk Sell is highly preferredAbility to travel extensively throughout the assigned territorySeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMedical Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
