Drive milestone execution and proactively resolve roadblocks.Decision Support: Prepare high‑impact briefings, analyses, and recommendations to empower data‑driven decisions at the executive level. Translate complex regulatory, technical, and market data into actionable insights.Cross‑Functional Coordination: Lead high‑priority, cross‑functional projects involving sensitive regulatory and compliance matters. Coordinate with product, operations, compliance, legal, and marketing, and external partners like banks and fintechs to deliver initiatives on time.Operational Excellence: Streamline processes and enhance information flow for the stablecoin program across Tetra’s holding company and subsidiaries. Establish and track KPIs to drive accountability.Stakeholder Management & Engagement: Organize and oversee meetings with large financial institutions, influential stakeholders, and shareholders. Represent the CEO in interactions, build trust, and foster strong relationships with partners, clients, and industry leaders.Market & Industry Insights: Stay ahead of trends in stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain, and fintech regulations. Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.Travel & Representation: Support the CEO with up to 30 % travel to key locations like Calgary, Montreal, and beyond for high‑stakes meetings, conferences, and industry events.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
