THE EMPLOYER

THE POSITION
Proactively and regularly engage with Program partners to maintain positive relationships
Analyze and manipulate large data
Develop, monitor and manage processes to ensure contracts are in compliance
Develop audit structure and perform regular program audits
Review and approve risks that fall outside of DUA authorities
Monitor program claims including large/complex claims

MUST HAVES
Minimum 3 years’ experience in program underwriting and portfolio management
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial underwriting (Property Casualty)
CIP designation or working towards
Post Secondary Education
Established relationship with mid-large size national brokers and MGA’s
Competent with Microsoft office tools
Proven ability to manage broker relationships, including the ability to negotiate and influence
Proven track record of effective portfolio management
Demonstrated accountability and reliability in delivering quality and timely results
Critical thinker with strong attention to detail
Energized and skilled in managing multiple priorities
Highly organized and proactive
