OverviewThe RGM Pricing Execution Sr Analyst is a key leader on the 1CAN Revenue Management team. This role provides Promotional Guidance & Optimization of existing brands and innovations by incorporating consumer and marketplace insights to drive sustainable share and profit growth for the Frito-Lay and Quaker Canada businesses.ResponsibilitiesLead the annual Foods National Promotional Guidance process, including updating the PepsiCo Customer Team (PCT) and educating cross-functional partners on the Category Optimization Model Process and RGM tools available.Build Promotion Execution Playbooks by performing banner and product-specific post-game analysis using a data-driven approach to uncover insights and optimize promotional strategies.Lead pricing execution models for new innovations, using category insights to determine optimal frequency, depth, and timing of promotional calendars to include in launch playbooks.Identify key performance drivers across categories through structured root cause analysis and collaborate with Customer Finance, Customer Development, Sales Strategy, Marketing and RGM teams to develop solutions.Be a subject matter expert in the use of revenue management and financial reporting tools to analyze ongoing performance and evaluate key promotional campaigns.Support Revenue Management Council internal decision-making forums.Support development and refinement of new and existing revenue management processes and best practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred3+ years of work experience in CPG Revenue Management, Finance, Insights, Category Planning or Sales StrategyAbility to inspire, engage and enable at various levels of the organizationStrong influencing skills and proven ability to impact agendas at senior levelsPresenting complex business cases with confidence and credibility in senior forumsAbility to work independently with limited direction and oversightStrong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experienceDeep understanding of financial modeling/evaluation, linking to consumer and shopper dataChange management experience at a senior level with cross-functional management skills to drive changeCreating simple solutions and crafting a clear communication storyWhy work at PepsiCoPepsiCo is a global team of innovators who make, move, and sell products enjoyed by billions.
