What you'll do...The Senior Analyst, Finance, supports the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with company goals. This role involves developing budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans by collaborating with business partners. The Senior Analyst may also validate control design and effectiveness, recommending remediation plans to maintain a strong control environment.
This position requires analyzing key trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and making recommendations to support financial targets. The role may involve leading projects and providing insights into operational performance. Additionally, the Senior Analyst supports compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX and FCPA, working with local and global teams to ensure adherence.
The Senior Analyst to develop and implement process improvements, streamline financial analysis procedures, and maintain documentation on current processes. This role provides technical expertise, guidance, and training to indirect reports and other teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving associate engagement.
Overall, this role plays a crucial role in managing business performance, ensuring financial integrity, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive company success.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
Working knowledge of Capex planning and accounting, especially for technology and infrastructure investments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and present to senior leadership.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $83, $101, Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
