Base pay range CA$23.00/hr - CA$30.00/hr Job Details Location: Waterloo, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days/week in office) Contract length: 1 year About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented ITSM and Application Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical for monitoring inbound service requests, supporting key corporate applications, and ensuring smooth operational processes across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage inbound service requests for applications such as Ollie, eDocs, Risk Guard, Knowledge Central, Core Share, Englobe, Everbridge, JIRA, Confluence. Act as the primary team representative for twice-weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. Provide primary support for corporate JIRA and Confluence instances. Serve as ECM Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for QA testing teams. Contribute to acquisition and divestiture projects, ensuring seamless integration and transition. Ensure functional details for work assigned to the accelerator team are accurate and complete. Qualifications Strong understanding of IT service management and application support. Experience with JIRA and Confluence administration. Familiarity with ECM systems and QA processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite in Waterloo).
