This role offers a competitive compensation structure, giving you the opportunity to be in the driver\'s seat of your own success.ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed monthly sales targetsAnswer inbound/outbound calls and online inquiriesDevelop business and prospect marketing plan to encourage new sales developmentDevelop and market new business ideas while building a database of contacts and networking opportunitiesProvide potential clients with exceptional service, professional advice and accurate quotes with the market that best suits their needsRespond to company and/or client concerns/inquiries in a timely and professional mannerNetwork with internal producers to achieve cross-selling goals and build relationshipsNetwork in assigned groups and attend events to promote the LIG Brand and productsFully complete all applicable documentation with accuracy at closingMeet or exceed personal insurance production goals as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of proven Personal Lines sales experience/track recordRIBO LicensePost-secondary education in related fieldComfortable with cold outreach via email and telephone (preferred)Creative ability to influence and negotiatePersistent and results orientedSelf-starter, highly motivated with ability to set sales & retention goalsStrong communication, presentation, and relationship skillsAbility to organize and prioritize work effectivelyStrong attention to detailHigh level of computer skills; experience with Applied Systems (EPIC) and Compu-quote is an assetPlease note that only qualified candidates will be contacted.
