Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional with a passion for aerospace and emerging technology to join our team. As the Business Development Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our market presence in the aforementioned markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the civil and military aerospace and MRO sectors, including but not limited to government contracts, commercial partnerships, and international collaborations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including aerospace manufacturers, government agencies, suppliers, and industry influencers.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and finance, to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans, including sales strategies, pricing models, and market entry strategies.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.

Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships with clients and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.

Track and report on key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and business development activities, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Strong understanding of the multiple aerospace sectors and technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Willingness/ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Must meet client requirements permitting entry to restricted portions of their facilities which may include, but is not limited to citizenship and security screenings.
