Client: Insurance
Location: Remote
Duration: 26 weeks
Genesys Contact Center SME : someone who understand Genesys in and out and has lead multiple genesys implementation or migrations. Currently client is moving from Avaya to Genesys
Strong experience with over all contact center optimization and process improvement
Experience with Contract Center desight, Architecture and building future roadmap
works on contact centre optimization?
Looking for someone who can look at how some of the queue and work is performing and by day 3 make changes and measure (extremely tactical and scrappy).
