Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to enhance office workflow
Handle communications including phone calls and message management
Manage document filing and secure closing of completed transactions
Conduct bank deposits, and manage outgoing mail and courier packages
Offer general support to the One Stop Mortgage (OSM) team as needed

Requirements:
Educational Background: Minimum High School diploma; further education is a plus
Experience: Prior exposure to the mortgage, finance, or real estate sectors preferred but not mandatory
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Suite essential; quick learner for new software
Personal Skills: Outgoing personality with a team player mindset, exceptional customer service prowess, and an ability to communicate effectively in various settings
Capabilities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to meet deadlines under pressure
