Position Responsibilities
Rotate through all departments to master warehouse operations, including earning forklift and equipment certifications.
Work hands-on with the Operations team to identify system and process issues that impact daily warehouse functions.
Review daily reports and dashboards, submitting any system issues to management for quick resolution.
Troubleshoot system issues and analyze production processes.
Work with operators to ensure new systems and processes are implemented effectively.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experienced in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel spreadsheets and formatting documents.
Strong communication, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
Knowledge of warehouse business processes including receiving, picking, shipping, etc.
Lift, push and slide packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
