Job Title: WMS Team Lead

As a WMS Team Lead at Uline, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Warehouse Management Systems to ensure excellent operation and customer service. Our company continues to grow, creating new opportunities and job stability you can count on.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rotate through all departments to master warehouse operations, including earning forklift and equipment certifications.
  • Work hands-on with the Operations team to identify system and process issues that impact daily warehouse functions.
  • Review daily reports and dashboards, submitting any system issues to management for quick resolution.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and analyze production processes.
  • Work with operators to ensure new systems and processes are implemented effectively.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel spreadsheets and formatting documents.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse business processes including receiving, picking, shipping, etc.
  • Lift, push, and slide packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
