We are seeking a skilled and detail-orie nted PowerPoint and Excel Data Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling presentations, analyzing complex data, and presenting it in a clear, visually appealing manner. This role requires proficiency in using advanced Excel functions, data visualization tools, and PowerPoint to support corporate communications, finance, and sales data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design professional PowerPoint presentations with a strong focus on visual storytelling.
Create and manage complex Excel spreadsheets, including advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Analyze financial and sales data, generate insights, and create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
Design and implement charts, graphs, and other visual tools to represent data effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data for various projects and presentations.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data and graphics across all presentations and reports.
Support corporate communication efforts by producing high-quality visual content for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and presentation tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and complex Excel spreadsheets.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros.
Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques.
Excellent graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Experience working with financial and sales data is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
