Your Opportunity
BDO Canada's Windsor office is looking for an Administrative Professional to join the Financial Reporting & Insights team and own the following responsibilities:
Work closely with our team of Partners and professionals to ensure smooth operations.
Refine and format various documents, enhancing their clarity and professionalism.
Help maintain accurate billing records for our Partners.
Plan and coordinate internal and external appointments, conferences, and meetings.
Handle a variety of administrative tasks that keep our department running smoothly, including research, event coordination, document updates, and filing.
Assist in the preparation and electronic filing of tax returns, contributing to our clients' financial well-being.
Engage with clients to address their requests and ensure their needs are met.

Your experience and education
You possess 1-2 years of administrative experience or equivalent education, with preference for relevant diplomas or other certificates
You have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
You are comfortable working in a deadline-driven work setting and dealing with confidential information
You are naturally curious, adaptable and compassionate person who enjoys taking initiatives and helping others
You have strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills both written and oral.
You value teamwork, client service and quality in detailed work
Ability to work extra hours as required
