THE POSITION
In your role, as a Natural Resources Recruiter you will be interacting to find and engage with a wide range of candidates introducing them to exciting new opportunities that you uncover which will make a lasting impression on their career.
You will be recruiting for roles such as: Welders, Electricians, Heavy Equipment Technicians, Operators, Supervisors, Machinists, Millwrights, Engineers, & Specialists
You will be working with the top 3 Industry leaders in Natural Resources, be a part of a fantastic team, and have the opportunity to develop in this market
Source passive and active candidates and interview/qualify them for job openings.
Create job postings and generate applications.
Present/shortlist candidates to your clients
Develop relationships with candidates on the market.
Qualifications:
Blue collar recruiting experience is ideal, tenacious, persistent, driven, goal oriented and ambitious
Previous recruitment experience is a nice to have.
You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen.
You thrive on personal achievement.
You find purpose in helping people advance their careers and seeing companies grow.
Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities.

COMPENSATION
At Hays, we offer a dynamic and high-performing work environment where our uncapped commission structure surpasses industry standards. We are committed to recognizing and rewarding the hard work and dedication of our employees. The salary for this role consists of a base salary of $50,000, with an average earning potential of $57,500 in the first year. However, it is important to note that there is ample opportunity to exceed this earning potential.
