Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

- Ensure a compelling and accurate job posting (advertisement) for all positions

- Assist with the preparation of job descriptions, when necessary

- Be a knowledgeable talent advisor

- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels.

- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidatequalifications.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.

- Develop compelling offers to join Konica Minolta through collaboration with Human Resources and Hiring Managers

- Drive acceptance of offers through persuasion and selling skill

Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.

- Recommend and action improvements to the candidate experience

- Deliver an exceptional on-boarding experience for new hires

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records

- Use real-time data and metrics to improve your results

- Develop goals based on past performance and industry benchmarks

- Understand the legal landscape around recruitment and hiring, ensure compliance at all times

- Deliver results for multiple projects and deadlines, as needed

Employer Branding:

- Contribute to building and promoting the company's employer brand.

- Assist in organizing recruitment events and initiatives.

- Develop a compelling “Why Konica?” narrative to engage prospects and candidates through multiple communication channels (e.g. social media, In-person)

Recrutement :

- Collaborer avec les responsables du recrutement pour comprendre les besoins et les exigences en matière de personnel.

- Veiller à ce que toutes les positions bénéficient d'une annonce de poste (publicité) convaincante et précise.

- Aider à la préparation des descriptions de poste, si nécessaire.

- Être un conseiller en talents compétent.

- Identifier et sourcer des candidats potentiels via différents canaux.

- Effectuer des entretiens de présélection initiaux pour évaluer les qualifications des candidats.

- Coordonner et planifier les entretiens, les évaluations et autres activités de recrutement.

- Élaborer des offres convaincantes pour rejoindre Konica Minolta en collaborant avec les ressources humaines et les responsables du recrutement.

- Favoriser l'acceptation des offres par la persuasion et les compétences de vente.

2. Expérience Candidat :

- Assurer une expérience candidat positive tout au long du processus de recrutement.

- Communiquer efficacement avec les candidats, en fournissant des mises à jour et des retours d'information en temps opportun.

- Recommander et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de l'expérience candidat.

- Offrir une expérience d'intégration exceptionnelle aux nouveaux employés.

3. Prise de décision basée sur les données :

- Tenir des registres de recrutement précis et organisés.

- Utiliser des données et des indicateurs en temps réel pour améliorer vos résultats.

- Élaborer des objectifs basés sur les performances passées et les benchmarks de l'industrie.

- Comprendre le paysage juridique du recrutement et de l'embauche, assurer la conformité en tout temps.

- Obtenir des résultats pour plusieurs projets et délais, au besoin.

4. Marque Employeur :

- Contribuer à la construction et à la promotion de la marque employeur de l'entreprise.

- Aider à l'organisation d'événements et d'initiatives de recrutement.

- Développer un récit convaincant "Pourquoi Konica ?" pour engager les prospects et les candidats à travers plusieurs canaux de communication (par exemple, les médias sociaux, en personne).


Qualifications

- Honor’s bachelor’s degree in business or liberal arts 

- 1-2 years of customer-facing work experience

 - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Demonstrated exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience working with enterprise-level business systems such as ERPs, ATSs, or CRMs

- Build and maintain professional relationships with company managers

- Juggle multiple projects, tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines as needed.

- High learning agility to be able to develop deep understanding of recruitment methodology, legal issues, and organizational psychology through a mixture of on-the-job training, traditional adult learning, and industry events.

- Baccalauréat en commerce ou en arts libéraux

- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle en contact avec la clientèle

- Solides compétences en organisation et en multitâches.

- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles démontrées.

- Capacité à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement d'équipe.

- Expérience de travail avec des systèmes d'entreprise de niveau entreprise tels que les ERP, les ATS ou les CRM.

- Établir et entretenir des relations professionnelles avec les responsables de l'entreprise.

- Jongler avec plusieurs projets, tâches, responsabilités et délais au besoin.

- Grande agilité d'apprentissage pour être en mesure de développer une compréhension approfondie de la méthodologie de recrutement, des questions juridiques et de la psychologie organisationnelle grâce à un mélange de formation sur le tas, d'apprentissage des adultes et d'événements de l'industrie.
