The Opportunity
In this role, you will be provided with a solid onboarding program and dedicated training to build up your knowledge and confidence of Personal Lines Insurance. This includes working in our very own Duliban Academy and utilizing company resources to get the training you need. You will be responsible to provide an in-depth, yearly review on Personal Lines accounts and provide quotations for the sales of monoline accounts. You will contact current clients to recommend new endorsements and coverages provided by the insurance company.
A RIBO license in good standing is preferred, though licensing will be facilitated for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide remarket quotations in real time to clients
Review all renewals within a predetermined threshold
Contact current clients regarding new product offerings or coverages deemed beneficial to them that is offered by their current insurance carrier
Contact current clients regarding any decrease in coverage done by their carrier on their upcoming renewal and arrange a suitable alternative
Receive incoming calls and contact monoline accounts to offer a quote on other lines of available insurance
Answer a wide range of insurance coverage questions for each insurance company
Handle cancellation inquiries from current clients
Upsell/cross sell with every opportunity

Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and integrity
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Works well within a team and independently, taking initiative to assist team members where needed
Interacts with patience, enthusiasm and dedication
Pays close attention to detail and multitasks with a high level of organization and accuracy
Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent
Has experience in sales with a proven track record of success
Approaches learning and professional development with enthusiasm
