This includes working in our very own Duliban Academy and utilizing company resources to get the training you need. You will be responsible to provide an in-depth, yearly review on Personal Lines accounts and provide quotations for the sales of monoline accounts. You will contact current clients to recommend new endorsements and coverages provided by the insurance company.A RIBO license in good standing is preferred, though licensing will be facilitated for the right candidate.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide remarket quotations in real time to clientsReview all renewals within a predetermined thresholdContact current clients regarding new product offerings or coverages deemed beneficial to them that is offered by their current insurance carrierContact current clients regarding any decrease in coverage done by their carrier on their upcoming renewal and arrange a suitable alternativeReceive incoming calls and contact monoline accounts to offer a quote on other lines of available insuranceAnswer a wide range of insurance coverage questions for each insurance companyHandle cancellation inquiries from current clientsUpsell/cross sell with every opportunityOur Ideal Candidate:Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and integrityHas excellent interpersonal and communication skillsWorks well within a team and independently, taking initiative to assist team members where neededInteracts with patience, enthusiasm and dedicationPays close attention to detail and multitasks with a high level of organization and accuracyPossesses a high school diploma or equivalentHas experience in sales with a proven track record of successApproaches learning and professional development with enthusiasmThe CompanyDuliban Insurance Brokers is an award-winning third generation brokerage that has been consistently named a top insurance workplace, winning Brokerage of the Year (2019), and Lincoln’s Business of the Year (2022).
