We are looking for an IT Coordinator role to join our team

In the role of IT Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's IT infrastructure, and providing technical support to employees.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
Continual exploration and evaluation around the integration of AI tools and technologies to enhance operations and improve efficiency
Ordering, configuring, and maintaining hardware (computers, phones, network devices)
Installing, configuring and maintaining software (operating systems, applications)
Ensure the security of the company's IT infrastructure by implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures
Provide support for website and domain management (security and updates)
Managing user accounts, permissions, email systems, and basic network administration tasks in collaboration with the system administrator
Performing backups and restoring lost data as needed
Collaborate in maintaining the organizational integrity of the company's file structure and vault permissions
Keeping detailed records of IT infrastructure, software licenses, troubleshooting solutions, and procedures for future reference
Key resource in the IT department for various projects as required

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in IT
Previous experience using AI tools
Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking basics
Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users and collaborate across teams
