POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the primary function of this position is to manage the business relationship at the sales support level. In this role, the successful candidate is assigned the management of a list of customers located in all regions of Canada. Customer contacts are made by telephone through outbound calls. In the course of his or her duties, the Sales Support Agent will monitor and stimulate the use of our products and services, and prospect existing customers to sell them new services.

DUTIES RELATED TO THIS POSITION

Rigorously and regularly monitor customer lists to protect existing customers.

Build customer loyalty by providing personalized advice and services on the use of our products and services.

Analyze monthly service usage reports to identify customers who make little or no use of our products and services, and prepare priority call lists and regular call lists.

Identify products and services that are not or only marginally used by customers, and encourage/stimulate their use.

Identify any other real aliitional needs and answer customers' questions.

Advise, negotiate and conclude sales with customers for our other products and services that they do not use.

Meet job requirements and sales objectives established by the National Sales Manager.

Update customer files in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system after each outbound call or communication with a customer.

Report any customer dissatisfaction to the Sales Manager and ensure that the situation is rectified as quickly as possible.

Transfer potential customer opportunities provided by customers to Sales Managers.Report information on competition and market trends to the

Regional Sales Director (Marketing Intelligence).

Participate in sales team meetings as required.

Ensure proper planning of work.

Various clerical tasks.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingualism (French and English)

Experience with corporate clients (i.e. B2B) is an asset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Mastery of telephone presentation techniques

Negotiation skills

Sales and results-oriented

Ability to manage customer relations and solve problems

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Initiative and perseverance

Good computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good knowledge of credit, collections and CRM-type business solutions is an asset
