As an Account Manager, you will drive the growth of our business by identifying and evaluating customer‑driven opportunities that are cost effective. This role is based in Grande Prairie, Alberta and focuses on the Secure Production Chemical business line. Responsibilities Develop strategies to maximize account profitability and manage account plans aligned with the business plan. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate delivery of products to sites. Source business opportunities and continuously assess customer service levels. Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular contact and follow‑up. Initiate programs to identify potential customers and make cold sales calls. Proactively determine current and future customer needs and develop new strategies. Provide weekly updates to sales, operations, and technical departments on customer activity and future business. Use basic lab equipment to test and qualify products for field programs. Support community relations efforts. Qualifications A high school diploma or general education diploma (post‑secondary education considered an asset). Experience in oilfield operations, chemical sales, or related sectors is an asset. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites. Adherence to all occupational health and safety standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical report preparation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Self‑motivated with strong analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation, time‑management, and organizational skills. Confidence, high motivation, and professional demeanor. Knowledge of Canadian production processes is an asset. Benefits Competitive industry wages and compensation program.
