Job Description

As a Technical Consultant (TechOps), you will work with our business system Unit4 ERP, joining a highly knowledgeable and experienced team. This team is part of a global consulting organization operating in an international environment. You will perform assignments with new and existing customers, with installations primarily in the cloud.

In cloud assignments, you will have an advisory role, acting as the technical contact person and the link between the project and the cloud. This includes supporting project members with technical issues and assisting in our global cloud migrations strategy. You will also advise customers regarding their infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability. p>Qualifications

We seek individuals with relevant experience or recent graduates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and drive their own skills development. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Readiness to tackle challenges with a positive attitude
  • Strong team player with a deep understanding of the value of collaboration and support
  • Excellent customer engagement skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and build long-term relationships

Experience with federation, performance, and IT security is advantageous. Additionally, you should have:

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL
  • Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft operating systems
  • In-depth understanding of network architecture and protocols
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal)
