Key Accounts Manager

We are looking for a driven individual to join our finance team and play a key role in supporting the financial well‑being of our strategic accounts and managing relationships with top‑tier B2B customers (key accounts) to maximize value for both the company and the client. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple tasks in a busy work environment, proficiency working with ERP software and a willingness to learn. We are looking for someone with a positive can‑do attitude who takes pride in their work. Responsibilities Builds strong, long‑term loyalty with key accounts, going beyond transactional interactions to foster deep partnerships. Connects the Finance function’s work to the specific needs of business areas or key accounts, creating a customer‑centric and agile approach. Define standards and KPI, develop and manage a program‑level reporting framework, provide timely and accurate updates on progress, performance, financials, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Provides strategic financial advice to key account stakeholders to address their needs and challenges. Oversee key account related program budgets, track actual expenditures against forecasts. Ensure diligent oversight of program‑related accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes to optimize cash flow and financial accuracy. Support internal financial forecasting and analysis by providing specific key account insights. Revenue Growth: Together with financial business partners, identify opportunities for upselling (i.e., services) and cross‑selling within key accounts. Change Management Control: Implement and manage a structured change control process for programs. Profitability Improvement: Together with financial business partners, identify opportunities within key accounts. Qualifications Financial Acumen: Strong capabilities in financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, and forecasting. Minimum 10 years of experience in related functions. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategies to manage and grow key customer relationships. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to act as a clear, single point of contact and to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex financial data to uncover trends and opportunities within key accounts. Customer Centricity: A focus on deeply understanding and addressing the unique needs and challenges of key customers. Physical Demands Must be able to effectively communicate (see, hear, speak, and write clearly) in English in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers. Manual dexterity required for all‑day computer work, occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment. Ability to focus at a computer for extended periods of time. Working Conditions The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted, and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate.
