Video Editor | Up to $100/hr Rate Mercor is hiring a Film and Video Editor (Independent Contractor). Base pay range: $60–$100/hr. This role requires a commitment of 15+ hours per week for 3–4 weeks and can be performed from the US, UK, or Canada. About The Job Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. Headquartered in San Francisco, our investors include Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey. Role Responsibilities Design questions related to the Film and Video Editing occupation using professional experience. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Ensure the quality and relevance of questions to improve AI model training. Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality. Utilize a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks (Chromebooks not supported). Must‑Have Qualifications 4+ years full‑time work experience as a Film and Video Editor. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada. Compensation & Legal Industry‑standard compensation expectations will be met. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
