Mercor is a leading AI research talent platform headquartered in San Francisco. We’re looking for a Film and Video Editor to contribute to cutting‑edge AI projects remotely. Position Details Type: Independent Contractor Location: Remote Duration: 3–4 weeks Commitment: 30–40 hours per week Compensation: $60–$80 per hour (paid weekly via Stripe Connect) Role Responsibilities Create deliverables addressing common requests in film and video editing. Review peer‑developed deliverables to enhance AI research. Work independently and asynchronously to diagnose and solve domain‑specific issues. Contribute expertise to cutting‑edge AI research while maintaining flexible hours. Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience in film and video editing. Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills. Start Date Immediately Compensation & Legal Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
