Sales and Business Development Representative Join Soucy in our dynamic sales team We’re seeking a customer‑centric professional who excels at turning opportunities into successes. Your main mission will be to manage and grow our existing B2B accounts while building solid, trusting long‑term business relationships. Responsibilities Represent Soucy to current and potential customers, promoting our products and services. Participate in the development of a sales and marketing growth plan. Identify and develop new business opportunities, preparing quotations and closing deals. Work closely with customer service to manage satisfaction and provide technical support. Contribute to product development activities, including requirements definition and design. Collaborate daily with production, quality, and planning departments to support customer needs. Qualifications University degree in mechanical engineering, administration, marketing, or a related field. Over 8 years of experience in sales and business development in the manufacturing sector. Bilingual in English‑French (essential for communication with customers). Willingness to travel 20%‑40% of the time to Canada and the U.S. Strong customer orientation and excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Good teamwork skills, proactivity, adaptability, and a strong business vision. Curiosity, open‑mindedness, dynamism, optimism, and resilience under stress. Technical understanding of product aspects and proficiency in Office Suite and CRM (e.g., Salesforce). Additional Assets That Will Strengthen Your Impact Valid passport for travel within the U.S. and internationally. Technical knowledge of recreational, industrial, and agricultural vehicles.
