Back Order Support Management Coordinator – Air Liquide Air Liquide Canada is hiring for a Back Order Support Management Coordinator in Cambridge. The candidate will ensure excellent service to designated customers, monitor orders continuously, and manage the order process up to delivery and invoicing. Key Responsibilities Receive and enter orders into the system, ensuring timely communication internally and to customers. Communicate all changes to customers regularly and handle incoming telephone and email inquiries in a professional manner. Monitor orders in progress, back‑orders, stock‑outs, and pending issues, providing visibility to customers, production, and logistics. Determine and communicate priorities and customer needs to production teams. Control the entire order process through invoicing, giving instructions and/or performing tasks in the system. Ensure accuracy of order data; update systems and use existing systems as required. Participate in back‑order and critical order management committees and fill necessary gaps. Computer system knowledge: MS Office, G Suite; Oracle (asset). Excellent oral and written communication skills. 5 years’ experience in customer service, distribution sales, and/or logistics. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and training in welding products, transportation of hazardous materials, team supervision.
