Job Title: Human Resources Consultant

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Location: On-site fully near Burrard Station Compensation: Starting at $80,000 annually

About the Role: We are currently seeking Human Resources professionals at various levels to join our expanding team. In this role, you will deliver dependable and commercially oriented HR guidance to a diverse clientele over the phone, addressing a wide spectrum of HR inquiries from routine to intricate.

Responsibilities:

Deliver expert HR service for client formal meetings. Develop and deliver customized HR training programs. Conduct impartial workplace investigations. Assist with termination process and documentation rollout. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Stay updated on HR best practices and legislative changes. Travel for client meetings as required. Manage workload to meet client expectations. Collaborate closely with sales team. Provide prompt, high-quality reports. Liaise with sales, advisory, and consultancy teams. Consult with clients to understand needs. Effectively manage time and meet deadlines. Attend team meetings as required. Maintain accurate record keeping.

Qualifications: Mandatory possession of CPHR/CHRL designation. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an advisory capacity. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong communication skills. Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively. Previous experience in a KPI/target-driven setting, preferably within a shared service center, is highly advantageous. Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Organized self-starter committed to excellence in service delivery.
