Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients every day. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pre-testing duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients.If you have a passion for people and a drive to deliver an exceptional customer service experience, we’d love to hear from you. Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic Checking patients in and out of the office Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments Administering pre-testing services Upholding excellent customer service standards What Do You Bring?
