Our platform empowers MSPs to scale their operations, improve security, and deliver more value to their clients through flagship solutions like Secure and Engage.As we grow our presence across North America, we’re looking for a driven Account Manager to help us build strong relationships with MSPs, ensure their success, and support long-term growth.Responsibilities· Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of MSP partners across North America.· Guide partners through onboarding, training, and adoption of Augmentt’s platform.· Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business goals and help them achieve success with our solutions.· Responsible for Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and closing them· Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement to proactively address risks and drive retention.· Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to partners based on their usage and industry trends.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and support to ensure partner success.· Stay informed on MSP trends, competitive landscape, and the Microsoft ecosystemQualifications· 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales—ideally in SaaS or working with MSPs.· Strong understanding of the MSP business model, including service delivery, security, and operational challenges.· Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem—especially Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune—and how MSPs use these platforms to deliver services.· Ability to speak confidently about Microsoft licensing, compliance, and integration opportunities.· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.· Self-starter with a growth mindset, grit, and a passion for learning.· Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and other SaaS platforms.· Proven track record of driving customer success, retention, and expansion.Perks & Benefits· Hybrid work model with access to our modern Ottawa HQ.· Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, medical).· Annual training and professional development budget.· Premium hardware and equipment to support your work setup.· Monthly stipend to enhance your hybrid work experience.· Mentorship from industry leaders with a proven track record of scaling SaaS businesses.Work-Life BalanceWe believe in balance and flexibility.
