Finance, Accounting and Payroll Recruiter at Stevenson & White Our client, a community-focused, not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals and families across multiple rural counties, is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance & Accounting to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. As the Accounting Manager, you lead the Finance and Accounting team, drive financial strategy and operations in alignment with the organization’s vision, mission, values, and strategic goals. The ideal candidate is down-to‑earth, professional, highly organized, and able to multitask. They think critically and strategically, work independently, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Oversee all finance and accounting functions Manage interactions with staff, vendors and government entities Lead and supervise a team of finance and accounting professionals Review and approve all financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability Prepare, analyze, and report quarterly financial results with findings and recommendations Monitor forecasts, budgets, revenue, expense variances, and generate income statements Produce year-to-date, monthly and quarterly expenditure reports Prepare year‑end financial statements and liaise with external auditors Annually update and renew commercial and directors’ liability insurance policies Qualifications Post‑secondary degree in public or business administration, commerce, accounting or a related discipline 5 – 7 years of finance, accounting, payroll, and project management experience Minimum of 3 years of relevant supervisory experience Strong proficiency with Office 365, especially Excel Assets (nice to have) Experience within a multi-disciplinary team in a healthcare or social service setting What’s the Bottom Line Salary range: $87,000 - $103,000 annual Great benefits paid by the employer (except LTD) 4 weeks; 5 personal days; 2 float + education and sick days Hybrid work environment Parking provided HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Staffing and Recruiting Join a dynamic organization making a real impact If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to meaningful work, apply today and be part of a team driving positive change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
