Job DescriptionThe Associate Director, US Conventions is part of the Digital Lab and will be responsible for playing an integral part of the HCP Channel CRM team. The role will provide oversight of AbbVie’s top Commercial conventions including convention digital product ownership.
- The US Conventions team by providing oversight, guidance, direction and coaching to direct reports to ensure flawless Convention execution.
- Product ownership of the evolving HCP CRM Conventions capabilities establishing ways of working, best practices, foundational set up, operating models and use cases.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with Marketing leads, BSG, Finance, Customer Experience, Medical, OEC/Compliance, Regulatory, Media, CCG/SEM, and Marketing Ops fostering deep and continuous cross functional partnerships to assist the team with seamless convention execution and best practices.
- Partner with brand teams to develop cost effective and innovative strategies leveraging in house data to assess convention metrics and provide recommendations.
