Recruiter – Manufacturing Montreal, Quebec, Canada | CA$60,000.00-CA$70,000.00 Hybrid at our Baie D’Urfé facility, to stay close to our operations, leaders and candidates. The Role: As our Recruiter – Manufacturing, you will be the primary talent partner for our Canadian operations. You’ll own full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the site – from production and warehouse to laboratory, engineering, quality and selected support functions – ensuring we hire people who are safe, reliable, and aligned with our culture of quality and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Operations, Quality, Laboratory, Logistics and HR to understand workforce plans and translate them into clear hiring needs and profiles. Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a mix of hourly and salaried roles (posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, offers and pre‑onboarding). Source and build strong talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, universities, local networks and employee referrals for recurring and hard‑to‑fill roles. Provide a professional, timely experience for candidates and hiring managers; coach leaders on interviewing, selection and market realities. Track and report key recruitment metrics, maintain accurate ATS/HR data, and ensure all hiring activities comply with Canadian and Quebec legislation and internal policies. Support local employer branding, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and community/education partnerships to position AnalytiChem Canada as an employer of choice in Baie D’Urfé. Qualifications: Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 4–7 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including significant exposure to manufacturing / industrial / laboratory / high‑volume operational roles. Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried roles is a strong asset. Fluent French and professional English are required, as you will work with local teams in Quebec and colleagues across the AnalytiChem Group. Strong track record of filling roles in a fast‑paced, production or lab‑based environment. Comfortable recruiting for technical profiles (e.g., lab technicians, chemical technologists, QC, maintenance, engineering).
