We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager for a leading manufacturing company committed to innovation and sustainability.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a central role in planning, coordinating, and delivering technical projects related to equipment and installations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure projects stay on budget and schedule, maintain high-quality standards, and actively contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will act as the main liaison between R&D, production, and commercialization teams, ensuring project consistency and performance.
Your Profile
* University degree or master's in project management, business administration, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or technology environments
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
* Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
* Able to set a clear vision, define objectives, and achieve tangible results
* Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement
Working Conditions
* Salary: $80,000 to $120,000/year, depending on experience
