You will analyze our current practices to identify improvements and optimize our processes. In addition to managing customs documents and permits, you will provide support to the receiving and inventory teams. Thanks to your rigor and expertise, your direct contribution will ensure customer satisfaction and have a tangible impact on our supply chainIn this position, you will:Ensure that all raw material receipts are entered into SAPEnsure that product labeling is in good orderEnsure the good condition and quantity of goods delivered upon receiptPlan and prepare customer orders for local shipmentManage the transport of our goods to our local customers and the return of goods from customersCoordinate the handling of goods to ensure the quality of shipments to customersCollaborate with and support team members when there is an overload of workTake an active part in logistics department improvement projectsEnsure that non-production packages are received and follow up with the internal requesterEnsure compliance with transportation regulationsEnsure compliance with occupational health and safety regulationsReplace the shipping coordinator during his or her vacationReady to make a difference in our supply chain?
