MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Customer Care Warranty Representative for our client, a leading high‑volume home builder in the Fraser Valley. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, managing warranty requests, and coordinating repairs to ensure homeowner satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to homeowner inquiries and warranty requests promptly. Assess and document warranty issues, coordinating with trades and vendors for timely resolution. Schedule and oversee service appointments, ensuring quality and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and service history. Educate homeowners on warranty coverage and home maintenance best practices. Act as the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring a smooth post‑possession experience. Qualifications Experience in customer service, warranty, or homeowner relations within residential construction. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Knowledge of BC home warranty guidelines is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. This is a customer‑focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and ensuring homeowner satisfaction.
