Your Role

As our Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a first impression that sets our team up for success. Your day will include:

  • Answering calls and inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Scheduling and coordinating jobs for our plumbing team, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Providing clear, friendly support to customers, guiding them through services.
  • Offering administrative and organizational support to help keep our operations on track.
  • Working closely with field technicians to ensure customers receive excellent service from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Experience in customer service or office administration (bonus if it's in a trades or service environment).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking software and email tools (we'll train you on ours).
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and genuine care for customers.
  • Bonus: Flexible availability for occasional evening or weekend work. Our schedule is somewhat negotiable.
