is seeking a
Customer Care Warranty Representative
four our client, a leading high-volume home builder in the Fraser Valley. This role focuses on providing
exceptional customer service
, managing warranty requests, and coordinating repairs to ensure homeowner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to homeowner inquiries and warranty requests promptly.
  • Assess and document warranty issues, coordinating with trades and vendors for timely resolution.
  • Schedule and oversee service appointments, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and service history.
  • Educate homeowners on warranty coverage and home maintenance best practices.
  • Act as the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring a smooth post-possession experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, warranty, or homeowner relations within residential construction.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of BC home warranty guidelines is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
