What You’ll Be Doing Serve as a strategic partner to Revenue leaders (VP+) and managers, engaging proactively to understand business and people challenges, anticipate people‑related issues, and build scalable solutions. Act as a trusted advisor on all people matters, including organizational design and talent planning. Drive performance and development: Lead and facilitate critical HR processes such as performance calibrations and talent reviews, fostering a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and professional growth within the engineering teams. Manage employee relations and investigations: Independently investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing clear guidance and support to leaders and employees. Champion culture and engagement: Partner with VP+ to design and execute action plans based on engagement survey data. Mentor and develop junior members of the People team, sharing expertise in complex business partnering, employee relations, and stakeholder management. Navigate ambiguity and innovate: Thrive autonomously in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment, using data and insights to develop dynamic solutions that balance business needs with people well‑being. What You’ll Bring To The Table Deep HR expertise: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 4+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting a revenue organization. Proactive, self‑starting mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate short‑ to medium‑term problems and build solutions from the ground up without extensive direction. Mentorship experience: Proven track record of coaching junior HR professionals on people‑related topics. Expertise in key HR functions: Employee relations, scalable people growth strategies, performance management, engagement initiatives, and change management. Ability to navigate ambiguity and change: Success in complex, fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
