You’ll be responsible for deploying regional supply chain strategies that align with global objectives, balancing inventory and service levels, and driving continuous improvement across procurement, logistics, and distribution. Your leadership will ensure supply resiliency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction, with your work directly impacting the efficiency and competitiveness of our European operations. About you You bring a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for leading teams. You are data‑driven, strategic, and collaborative, with the ability to translate global goals into regional execution. Your communication and stakeholder management skills set you apart, and you’re ready to take ownership of complex supply chain challenges. You will also bring A master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field is strongly encouraged 7+ years of supply chain experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role in a chemical environment or similar is key Proven leadership and team development capabilities both regional and remote Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution processes Experience in regional or multi‑location supply chain operations Proficiency in supply chain software and tools Supply chain certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
