Both roles are equally important to Iron Dog’s growth and success. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for service agreements, retrofits, and equipment replacements. Proactively develop new customer relationships through outreach, networking, and on‑site engagement to expand Iron Dog’s client base in key markets. Meet with building owners, property managers, and facility leaders to assess needs and develop tailored mechanical solutions. Scope and estimate projects with a focus on accuracy and value. Collaborate with our service and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and profitably. Support Iron Dog’s growth strategy in Nova Scotia, with expanding involvement in New Brunswick, across all lines of business including HVAC, plumbing, heating, cooling, and oil and gas service and retrofit projects. Represent Iron Dog as a trusted technical partner who can translate complex mechanical systems into clear, practical solutions for clients. Who You Are A professional with 3 or more years of mechanical industry experience in sales, service, or project roles. You may be a salesperson with strong technical understanding or a technician who’s ready to move into a more customer‑facing, solutions‑focused career. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, heating, cooling, and oil or gas‑fired systems. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both clients and internal teams. Self‑motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally. Base salary plus monthly on‑target incentive, tied to gross‑margin performance of projects and services. Compensation will be based on experience level and the value you bring to the role.
