Post Office Specialist – London Drugs The Post Office Specialist position provides sales assistance and the highest level of customer service across all departments of London Drugs, with a specific focus on the Post Office department. The individual in this role will solve customer mailing needs, maintain inventory, and support the professional sales image of the department. Responsibilities Assist customers in all areas of the Post Office, including mailing letters and parcels, PO‑box services, and CPC transactions. Provide courteous, helpful service in a fast‑paced environment. Perform inventory counts and merchandise the Post Office department. Maintain a professional sales image throughout the department. Problem‑solve and find solutions to customer mailing needs. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and follow‑up skills. Ability to cope with stress, pressure, and remain calm when dealing with difficult situations. Basic PC knowledge. Prior post‑office experience and familiarity with the ROSS (Canada Post POS system) is an asset, but not required. Self‑motivated, well‑organized, with a positive attitude and a desire to support company initiatives. Availability to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday.
