Overview Artech is recruiting entry level candidates who want to start a career in IT staffing. This full‑time on‑the‑job training program is for the Associate Account Manager role based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr – $55,000.00/yr Training & Development In this 4–5 month program you will receive training through Artech Academy, learning the details of recruiting, account management and the staffing industry. You will start as an IT recruiter and progress to an account manager after successfully completing the training. Qualifications & Experience 1+ years of direct B2B or B2C sales experience Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment Strong work ethic and team orientation Competitive drive for results and success Comfort with performance‑based compensation Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection Motivated, organized and detail‑oriented Professional presence and confidence Assertive personality with strong people skills Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Self‑motivated to take initiative and complete tasks Demonstrated Track Record Experience in competitive sales activities (past or present) Mastery of hobbies or interests through learning and practice Previous success in sales roles Practical understanding of technology and its applications Who Can Apply Anyone who is eager to build a career in sales and is interested in learning the IT staffing industry.
