This role will require a combination of direct customer engagement in person with site visits & phone/e-mail to grow and support an existing base of Medline products in an existing customer base.Core Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and build strategic business plan for customers identified with Regional Sales DirectorParticipate in building Annual Sales Plans for the combined customers identified within the account listsAchieve Sales and Margin targets for the combined accounts identified as 'Ontario territory'Assist with development of account plans for Key Accounts within territoryMaintain and grow product knowledge to support Medline product launchesConduct Product Education/In-Services as required to drive adoption of NEW Medline products within customer accountsLiaise with / assist Medline CS and other internal departments to streamline order fulfilmentParticipate and present at sales meetings, conferences, &/ or customer presentationsAssist with the development of new programs and tools to enhance account implementation and sustainabilityComplete other duties as requiredQualifications1-2 Years of sales experience, preferred within healthcareBusiness degree or educationStrong business and sales acumen with analytical skillsStrong oral and written communication skills with direct experience consulting with customers and internal stakeholdersFamiliarity with SAP systems, Excel, and CRM (i.e. Salesforce) is a benefitAbout Medline CanadaMedline Canada stands at the forefront of healthcare, providing expertise and a breadth of solutions for every care setting.
